Youth sports schedule grader FAQ.

What to export, how CSV column mapping works, and what your free league schedule analysis includes.

What is a youth sports schedule grader?

A schedule grader analyzes a league schedule that already exists. Bravara reviews every event for conflicts, balance, timing, recovery, venue use, opponent patterns, and other scheduling issues, then gives the schedule an A–F grade with charts and team-level explanations.

What columns does my schedule CSV need?

Your CSV needs a division, a date and start time, two teams, and a venue or space. The date and time can be separate columns or one combined timestamp. End times, event type, week or round, and notes are optional.

Do Team 1 and Team 2 have to mean home and away?

No. Map the two teams in each matchup as Team 1 and Team 2. They do not need to represent home and away, so neutral-site and league schedules without home-away labels still work.

What is the difference between a venue and a field or space?

A venue is the overall facility or site. A space is the specific field, court, rink, diamond, or room inside that venue. You can map them as separate columns or use one combined location column.

Can I use a CSV from my registration or scheduling system?

Yes. Export the existing schedule as a CSV file up to 5 MB. Bravara recognizes common column names and then shows a mapping step so you can correct any headers it does not recognize before the analysis runs.

Which sports can the schedule analyzer grade?

The grader is built for team schedules across youth and recreational sports, including baseball, softball, soccer, basketball, volleyball, flag football, hockey, and lacrosse. It works from the schedule structure rather than rules for one specific sport.

Is the schedule grader really free?

Yes. You can upload a schedule and view the complete grade without creating an account or entering a credit card. Registration is only offered if you want to carry the imported teams, divisions, venues, dates, and schedule patterns into Bravara's AI schedule builder.
