If you are a coach and your league is using Bravara, the league administrators will be able to see the scores you put in for each player. No one other than yourself can see any notes you write for players.
Yes, but we don't suggest you do! You may be used to ranking your players during evaluations with things like "round 5" or "no earlier than round 7". Bravara takes away the guessing. You just add players to teams in real-time during the draft, and your next best draft pick will always be at the top. Believe it or not, printing a CSV will actually not be in your favor.
Yes, you can have multiple evaluators and view all the aggregate scores for all players during the draft.
No problem! Ratings entered in the app save locally to your device. Once you re-gain cell service or are connected to wi-fi, open Bravara app again and the data will sync at that time. In the draft room, the advantage of cell service or wi-fi connection is for players to be automatically removed from the Available Players list once the draft administrator assigns the player to a team. Without service or connection, you can manually remove a player from your device's Available Players list at any time. Admins who assign players to teams will want to open the app again when service is restored, to ensure that team assignments sync to the web account.
There are 3 levels of access. Account level (full access), Admin (app access with admin functions), and Evaluator (app access with essential functions). Whoever sets up your program's account can invite others to join them in the account level access. This is usually only for League President, Regional Commissioner, VP, Assistant RC, and the like. Some programs also give account level access to their Division Coordinator/Commissioner or Player Agent chiefly responsible for evaluations and draft. Be mindful that anyone with this access will have full functionality and editing capabilities for your league's account. Admin level users have full functionality in the app. They do not have any website access to the league account. Evaluators have app access with everything they need to enter ratings and participate in the draft.
All plans include unlimited number of evaluators and players.
Premium is $1.85 per player, per season. A player is billed only when you actually use Premium on them — when they're evaluated, or added to a team with Team Builder or Draft Manager. For example, a 100-player season is $185, 300 players is $555, and 500 players is $925. There's no subscription, no per-organization fee, and no upfront payment — you pay as you go, only for the players you use.
Not for anything inside the same evaluation-to-roster run. One $1.85 charge covers everything a player does in the 60 days after they're billed — evaluation, team building, and draft night all count as that single charge, which comfortably covers a normal season's window. Each season stands on its own: a player you evaluate in the spring and again in the fall is billed once for each season you actually use Premium on them, and a season without Premium workflows costs nothing.
A player who actually goes through a Premium workflow: they receive evaluation scores, get placed on a team by Team Builder, or get drafted with Draft Manager — all with Premium turned on. Importing players, organizing divisions, and everything on the Free plan never triggers a charge — you can load your entire league into Bravara for free. Once a player is billed, that one charge covers everything else they do for the next 60 days — in practice, the whole evaluation-to-roster stretch.
There's no charge when you sign up — adding a card simply unlocks Premium. Player charges accumulate as you evaluate players and build teams, and we invoice your card once a month, on the first of the month. If your pending charges total less than $15, we don't invoice yet — they just carry over to a future month. You can see your pending charges anytime in your billing settings.
There's no minimum and no upfront commitment. You pay $1.85 for each billed player and nothing more, whether you have 20 players or 2,000. Small leagues pay a small amount, and you can always start completely free. If you expect a very large league — more than about $2,500 a year in player charges — contact us at support@bravara.com about volume pricing.
Your ratings save instantly on your phone and sync to the cloud every 20 seconds while you're evaluating. Even if our servers have issues or you have no connection, your ratings are safe and will sync once you're back online. We back up our database and can restore it to any exact second within the last 30 days, so even in the unlikely event of a catastrophic failure, your data is fully protected.
