Sports IQ is a set of games in the Bravara app. Players run real plays from their own position, the coach sets the weekly pace, and the coach sees who has learned what. Softball IQ and Basketball IQ are available now.

What is game IQ?
Game IQ is knowing what to do before you have to do it. In softball it is where to go when the ball is hit. In basketball it is where to be on each step of a play. Coaches often call it sports IQ, game sense or knowing the game.
It comes from repetition, and practice time is short. Sports IQ moves those reps to a phone, a few minutes at a time, so the team shows up already knowing the play.

The coach sets the plan
Choose the players, their positions and how many plays to add each week. This takes a few minutes in the app or on the web.

Players practice on a phone
Each practice is a few plays. Players use their own login, or a parent runs it with them.

The game checks the play
Players move on a 3D field or court. The game checks where they went and when, and has them run it again if they miss.

The coach sees progress
Stars and experience show who has learned each play, and which plays the team still needs to walk through.

Which sports have Sports IQ?
Softball IQ covers nine-player fastpitch softball. Basketball IQ runs a basketball team's own plays. Both are in the Bravara app now.
Who is Sports IQ for?
Coaches of youth and school teams who want players to know the plays before practice, and the players and families on those teams.
Do players need their own phone?
No. A player can use their own login, or a parent or guardian linked to the player can run the plays with them on the parent's phone.
Does one subscription cover softball and basketball?
A subscription covers one team at a time, in either sport. A coach with a softball team and a basketball team can move it between them.
Is Sports IQ a separate app?
No. It is inside the Bravara app for iPhone, iPad and Android, which is free to download.
