Q: If I run multiple seasons in a year, am I charged twice for the same player?

Each season is priced separately, but a player is charged only once within that season. Evaluation, team building, and draft night are included in that one seasonal charge. If you use Premium for a player in both spring and fall, they're billed once each season; a season without Premium workflows costs nothing.

Q: When is my card actually charged?

There's no charge when you sign up. Adding a card simply unlocks Premium. Player charges accumulate as you evaluate players and build teams, and we invoice your card once a month, on the first of the month. You can see your pending charges anytime in your billing settings.

Q: Is there a minimum number of players or a minimum fee?

There's no minimum and no upfront commitment. Smaller leagues pay only for the players who use Premium, and you can always start completely free. If your standard estimate reaches $2,500 a year, contact support@bravara.com before you pay that amount and we'll work with you on volume pricing.

Q: How does Scheduling pricing work?

Managing your calendar, venues, and reschedules is free for every league. The AI Schedule Builder generates your entire season at no cost and shows you the first two weeks' worth of games so you can check its work. If you like it, unlocking the schedule is a single checkout of $0.75 per generated game, the previewed games included, and you see the exact game count and total before you pay.

Q: How many coaches and players can I have?

All plans include an unlimited number of evaluators and players, the Free plan included.

Q.01How is the Premium plan priced?

Premium is $1.85 per player, per season. A player is billed only when you actually use Premium on them: when they're evaluated, or added to a team with Team Builder or Draft Manager. For example, a 100-player season is $185, 300 players is $555, and 500 players is $925. There's no subscription, no per-organization fee, and no upfront payment. You pay as you go, only for the players you use. If your estimated annual usage reaches $2,500, contact support@bravara.com for volume pricing.

Q.02What counts as a billable player?

A player who actually goes through a Premium workflow: they receive evaluation scores, get placed on a team by Team Builder, or get drafted with Draft Manager, all with Premium turned on. Importing players, organizing divisions, and everything on the Free plan never triggers a charge, so you can load your entire league into Bravara for free. A billed player's evaluation, team building, and draft-night activity are included in the same seasonal charge.
