At season's end, invite coaches to evaluate their players when they know them best. Each coach scores players on soccer skills, teamwork, and sportsmanship. Next season, use these ratings to form perfectly balanced teams that uphold AYSO's philosophy.
Yes! The system can handle sibling placements, carpool arrangements, and ensures every team has volunteer coaches—all while maintaining perfect team balance. Your Regional Commissioner can set these constraints before team formation.
Only your Regional Commissioner and designated Division Coordinators can see all evaluations. Individual coaches can only see and edit their own ratings. This maintains fairness while allowing leadership to ensure balanced teams across the region.
No problem! Ratings entered in the app save locally to your device. Once you re-gain cell service or are connected to wi-fi, open Bravara app again and the data will sync at that time. In the draft room, the advantage of cell service or wi-fi connection is for players to be automatically removed from the Available Players list once the draft administrator assigns the player to a team. Without service or connection, you can manually remove a player from your device's Available Players list at any time. Admins who assign players to teams will want to open the app again when service is restored, to ensure that team assignments sync to the web account.
There are 3 levels of access. Account level (full access), Admin (app access with admin functions), and Evaluator (app access with essential functions). Whoever sets up your program's account can invite others to join them in the account level access. This is usually only for League President, Regional Commissioner, VP, Assistant RC, and the like. Some programs also give account level access to their Division Coordinator/Commissioner or Player Agent chiefly responsible for evaluations and draft. Be mindful that anyone with this access will have full functionality and editing capabilities for your league's account. Admin level users have full functionality in the app. They do not have any website access to the league account. Evaluators have app access with everything they need to enter ratings and participate in the draft.

Your ratings save instantly on your phone and sync to the cloud every 20 seconds while you're evaluating. Even if our servers have issues or you have no connection, your ratings are safe and will sync once you're back online. We back up our database and can restore it to any exact second within the last 30 days, so even in the unlikely event of a catastrophic failure, your data is fully protected.
