Basketball footwork drills FAQ
What is the triple threat position in basketball?
It is the stance a player takes after catching the ball: knees bent, ball at the hip on the shooting side, ready to shoot, pass or dribble. See triple threat and jab step.
What is a jump stop?
A stop where both feet land at the same time. Either foot can then be the pivot foot. See the jump stop and pivot drill.
