Basketball passing drills at home FAQ
How can I practice basketball passing by myself?
Use a wall. Tape a square at chest height on a brick or concrete wall and throw chest passes and one-hand push passes at it, catching the ball on the way back.
Where should a bounce pass hit the floor?
About two-thirds of the way to your teammate, so the ball comes up to their waist. See the bounce pass drill.
